Academic Excellence and Training

Dr. Toopchi earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and completed her specialty residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts—one of the nation’s top 10 dental schools. There, she was recognized for her outstanding academic and research achievements, including first place in Tufts’ interdepartmental research competition.

After Tufts, Dr. Toopchi joined the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry as a Clinical Assistant Professor, where she taught pediatric dentistry, mentored dental students, and directed advanced clinical courses. Her work as an educator refined her gentle, patient-centered approach and deepened her understanding of children’s behavioral and developmental needs in dentistry.

Dr. Morvarid Emamy is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics who is passionate about creating healthy, beautiful smiles and making every patient feel truly cared for. She completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA and earned her dental degree and orthodontic specialty training at A.T. Still University.

Dr. Emamy believes that every smile is unique and that orthodontic care should be just as personal. She takes the time to listen, understand each patient’s needs, and create a treatment plan that fits their goals and lifestyle. Offering Invisalign and braces for children, teens, and adults, she combines modern orthodontic techniques with a gentle, compassionate approach.
