In-Office Whitening Treatment

Utilizes hydrogen peroxide- or carbamide peroxide-based gels in controlled concentrations, applied with gingival isolation to prevent tissue irritation. The process includes light activation (when applicable) and typically requires 1–2 sessions to achieve visible results. Ideal for teens preparing for milestones like prom, yearbook photos, or graduation.

Take-Home Whitening Kits

Custom-fabricated trays are made from thermoplastic materials for an optimal seal and even distribution of whitening gel. The at-home protocol involves low-concentration peroxide agents (typically 10–16% carbamide peroxide) to minimize risk of sensitivity and enamel demineralization. Usage is monitored and periodically reassessed to ensure safety and efficacy.

ICON Resin Infiltration for Non-Cavitated White Lesions

For patients presenting with white spot lesions due to post-orthodontic decalcification, enamel hypomineralization, or early carious lesions, we offer ICON® resin infiltration (DMG). This micro-invasive treatment arrests lesion progression while esthetically masking the opacity. The procedure involves etching with 15% hydrochloric acid gel, ethanol drying, and infiltration with low-viscosity TEGDMA-based resin, which penetrates and refracts light to match the surrounding enamel. ICON has shown favorable outcomes in multiple clinical studies with long-term stability and no structural compromise.

Cosmetic Bonding and Composite Restorations

For chipped anterior teeth, diastema closure, or enamel contour irregularities, we provide direct composite resin restorations using nanohybrid or microfill composite materials. These are shade-matched and layered to replicate enamel translucency and dentin opacity, bonded via total-etch or self-etch adhesive systems with high bond strength and minimal marginal leakage.

Our materials are BPA-free, non-toxic, and selected for their superior wear resistance and polishability—especially critical for anterior esthetics.

Custom Whitening Trays for Home Use

We fabricate custom whitening trays using vacuum-formed ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) or polyvinyl sheets, tailored to each adolescent’s dental anatomy. These trays allow for precise gel placement, reducing the risk of gingival exposure and improving whitening efficacy. Gel formulations are dispensed with clear instructions and supervised through follow-up appointments to ensure compliance and safety.
